This sample agreement outlines what is needed when an Artist wishes to enter into a long term relationship with a Gallery where the Gallery acts as an agent. People who create new compositions are called composers in classical music. In popular music and traditional music, the creators of new songs are usually called songwriters; with songs, the person who writes new words for a song is the lyricist. Musical composition can refer to an original piece of music, either a song or an instrumental music piece, the structure of a musical piece, or the process of creating or writing a new song or piece of music. The word "song" is widely misused by people in the popular music industry to describe any musical composition, whether sung or played only by instruments. A common balance is to specify that responsibility will occur under gross negligence. For example, if a crew member forgets it at a bar after work, runs over it with his car, etc. Contract law, not copyright law, governs these composer–publisher contracts, which ordinarily involve an agreement on how profits from the publisher's activities related to the work will be shared with the composer in the form of royalties. There are not many feature differences between the two, but the Interfaces are of course different (see below). A good point of reference is the Noatikl User Guide.
