Financial Vision Style 478

Permission-to-plan values reflect the minimum behavior and social standards required of employees at your firm. These values typically do not distinguish your firm from competitors. Eliminate the tangle of spreadsheets and slide decks. Introduce a consistent roadmap process across teams. Present a compelling story with beautiful, visual roadmaps. Easily share your roadmap to build consensus across your organization. Here, using the word ‘smiling’ as opposed to ‘happy’ is powerful, because it conjures a mental image of a person smiling. Customers want to know their money and investments are managed well and will lead to future financial security for themselves and for their families. A well-written mission statement earns the trust of current and prospective clients by defining goals that speak to this need. Understanding what you’re working so hard to save towards will only be a motivator. Saving without any specific goals or direction is a lot more difficult, and normally leads to failure.
