Security Deposit Receipt – At the beginning of a rental period the Landlord will usually require a deposit by the Tenant(s) in the chance of non-payment or if there is material damage to the Property at the end of the Lease. Grain bins are not exclusively included in this lease. But you can add a separate lease for use of your grain bins. If the tenant chooses to lease your bins or bring in other equipment, make sure the utilities to maintain the equipment is considered. (As always, Key encourages you to consult your tax advisor before entering any financing agreement.). You and your tenant can decide how to cover these expenses. During the term of the agreement, the landlord still owns the irrigation system, but the tenant will be using it. Service of all notices under this Agreement shall be sufficient if given personally or by certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, at the address hereinafter set forth, or to such address as such party may provide in writing from time to time.
