Corporate bylaws define a corporation's purpose, how it will operate, and the duties and responsibilities of the people who own and manage it. They also let you specify shareholder ownership rights, select officers and directors, plan annual meetings, and establish how to remove officers or directors. Corporate bylaws also describe how stock is issued by the corporation. Corporate bylaws are sometimes called corporation bylaws, company bylaws, or a bylaws template. Hi Karen well the cancer is as far as I know going but not had tghe all clear & won’t for about 3 more years…the heart condition well I have has a triple heart bypass but I still get angina & I do have a family history ie my dad died aged 58 & my brother dies aged 45…there is cancer on my mothers side & I got both so I get the double wammy so not great…I have not much idea about the reg 35 really & not to sure of what it all really means as far as I am concerned…Regards Jake. Unanimous Consent Style 89

The second rule, Standing Order 56.1, provides that if, at any time during a sitting of the House, unanimous consent is denied for the presentation of a “routine motion”, then a Minister may request, during Routine Proceedings, that the Speaker propose the question on the motion.
