All memberships shall be granted upon a majority vote of the board. "The Rocket Lawyer website is FAR easier to use than any other "document library" I've ever found online. It's one of the top resources I recommend, because they're excellent at what they do.". Rocket Lawyer provides information and software only. Rocket Lawyer is not a "lawyer referral service" and does not provide legal advice or participate in any legal representation. On the occasion that directors of the board are unable to make a decision based on a tied number of votes, the president or treasurer in the order of presence shall have the power to swing the vote based on his/her discretion.
