The mutual non-disclosure agreement can be terminated anytime as long as it is stated in the contract. There are various reasons to it, with each one bearing the same weight as the other. This agreement constitutes the final agreement of the parties. It is the complete and exclusive expression of the parties' agreement with respect to the subject matter of this agreement.
