In this Agreement, a Company and its Marketing Partner agrees to cooperatively work together to market their products to potential customers. The sole purpose of a Co-Marketing Agreement is to engage in the business of soliciting (customers/clients) and/or prospects of both Company and Marketing Partner and their respective products and in other activities incidental to such business, which shall include joint advertising, promotions, and other methods to attract new customers to both businesses.
