(D) Trustees selected by Chapters and Thematic Organizations. Two Trustees will be selected from candidates approved through a process determined by Chapters and Thematic Organizations collectively. The benefits of corporation bylaws include providing the board of directors and the management team guidelines for the operation of the business. Bylaws also provide continuity when a change in board members or management occurs through the normal course of business operations, according to"Business Organizations and Corporate Law" by Neal R. Mike Broemmel began writing in 1982. He is an author/lecturer with two novels on the market internationally, "The Shadow Cast" and "The Miller Moth." Broemmel served on the staff of the White House Office of Media Relations. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in journalism and political science from Benedictine College and a Juris Doctorate from Washburn University. He also attended Brunel University, London.
