Breach of Contract Notice Style 128

Where a delay in completion appears unlikely to be resolved quickly or at all, a notice to complete may be served, making time of the essence of the contract. The effect of this is that if completion does not take place on the completion date specified in the notice, the aggrieved party may terminate the contract, forfeit the deposit with interest and proceed with an action in damages.
