Breach of Contract Notice Style 102

Breach of contract is a legal cause of action and a type of civil wrong, in which a binding agreement or bargained-for exchange is not honored by one or more of the parties to the contract by non-performance or interference with the other party's performance. Breach occurs when a party to a contract fails to fulfill his or her obligation as described in the contract, or communicates an intent to fail the obligation or otherwise appears not to be able to perform his or her obligation under the contract. You are in breach of this contract for the following reason: Section 2 of the contract states that you will “Complete the project of painting the house by April 4, 2013.” As of May 10, 2013, the house has not been painted. You are therefore in breach of this contract. Please contact me immediately to make arrangements to paint my house. If you do not contact me by June 11, 2013 to make such arrangements, I will pursue any and all available legal remedies. You are in breach of this contract for the following reason: Section 2 of the contract states that you will “Complete the project of painting the house by April 4, 2013.” As of May 10, 2013, the house has not been painted. You are therefore in breach of this contract.
